“I have accepted the Stand Up For Downs Squat Challenge 2018. I am doing 21 squats for 21 days to raise awareness for Down Syndrome and the need for everyone to stay physically active. Today I’m challenging you to join me. Video yourself doing squats, make them as easy or difficult as you want, be creative! Remember to copy and paste this entire paragraph everyday with your video. At the start of your challenge please go to www.ashleyderamusfoundation.org/squat-challenge and donate $21 (or any amount) to help The Ashley DeRamus Foundation continue to spread awareness for Down Syndrome.
